Tavern and Wine Cellar
During the 2008/2009 season we opened our cosy tavern and wine cellar.
The Tavern is a great place to have a drink in front of our wood-burning stove after a hard day on the piste, or to relax after a day walking in the mountains.
Our wine cellar is available to hire for functions - the staff will be happy to provide additional facilities such as locally made food and Bulgarian wine tastings. We can offer a range of styles and quality of wine; our selection of fine wines are maturing in Bulgarian oak barrels after being in French oak barrels for 3 months (with every vintage a few barrels are left aside for further maturing). We can also offer a selection of bottled wines from many other parts of the world.
New Extension
We are proud to be opening a new extension during 2009. This more than doubles the size of the hotel and includes luxury en-suite rooms, a bar/restaurant, gym, sauna and spa. The new building is spacious yet cosy; it is built to modern standards but in the traditional style - comfortable for you, and comfortable in its surroundings.
